Exercise on the other hand releases endorphins that keep you active and helps you get good hormonal balance. This means that you get more in control when you do regular exercise. Rest is an important factor in keeping your digestive hormones as well. Well this goes both for men and women. You may want to get that 8 hours of sleep and maintain a good eating pattern the next day. You may notice that you eat too much when you lack rest.
