That is the risk that all that chooses the path of being a businessman has to take and be very aware of.

When the time came for me to enter a business myself, I was already knowledgeable of what I should and should not expect. I did some exhaustive research and study about the field that I was getting into, which was all about art items. We created and then sold shirts that have customized design, and the items also included bags, shoes, hats, and many other personal accessories. To be sure, it was a simple and modest enough business at the outset, but it soon blossomed into something that could be considered a success in its own right. It started off a bit slowly, and then gradually picked up, and is now becoming even bigger than ever.

Initially, we had a shop that offered a few sample items, but were mostly shirts, and which was joined by a few bag designs. What happened was, the shirt designs were immediately noticed and became a minor hit in our local market, especially with the college students in the area. Our designs began to have a reputation for being really cool and trendy. The quality of our products also gained in reputation as we went along and accepted more and more orders for the designs we were turning out.

It was then that we realized we needed to market our products more efficiently. We created a website specifically for our company and then we utilized a drop ship company to get our products to our customers easier and faster. Toys for Me and My Child

When I was a child I never had that much chance to get all the toys that I wanted. My father did not earn that much and my mother is only a housewife so there were  few chances for us to get enough money in order to buy all the toys that I wanted. I had to content myself with playing with hand me down toys from my cousins and relatives.

I know that there was a lot of stuff that I missed out when I was young because of that. When the kids in my school would talk with each other about all the great toys that their parents are buying of them, I could not join them and I would always feel left out.

Now that I am all grown up i still feel that I have missed out on an important portion of my life. I still feel a  need to get all of those toys that I have missed out on. That is why I started collecting  classic toys. These toys are vintage playthings that  will surely bring in a flood of memories for guys like me who wants to get nostalgia and fulfillment. I do not know whether it’s true or if its just a feeling for me but I believe that toys from the past are more fun to play with than the ones that they are coming out with today.

Toys today are just all razzle and dazzle and they lack the fun quality from the old days, which I think is a pretty important in any plaything. That’s why while I have started collecting classic toys for myself I have also bought some old toys for my son, so that he could experience what it’s like to play with old school stuff.

I have also made sure that my son is exposed to a lot of educational toys even when he was too young to walk. Studies have shown that the development of a child is at its most crucial stage at that time. Parents have to make sure that they have the right exposure  at that age. I am not taking any chances when it comes to the proper raising of my kid. So I actually go for two types of toys. Classic toys for myself and educational toys for my child. One is purely for fun and one is for my child’s development.

Welding is a method by which two materials are joined together by melting them at the contact points and letting the points cool down with them touching each other. A material called a filler is used to strengthen the joint. The filler is usually made of metal or in some cases special forms of plastic. The process is similar in some points with soldering. The main difference however lies in the fact that the materials to be joined in soldering are not melted only the material which is usually composed of something that has a lower melting point like lead. For quite sometime the only process of welding that was available was the forge welding where the pieces to be connected are heated in the furnace while in contact with each other. When they reach a point just below melting they are then hammered together until their connection becomes secure. Although effective it took a vast amount of effort and time to do even small pieces of work with that kind of welding.

In the late 19th century new forms of welding were developed and introduced. One of the most promising is the TIG welding sheet metal. Tungsten Inert Gas welding uses tungsten electrode that is non consumable. developers of this form of welding recognized the potential of the process but there were a lot of technological difficulties that has to be surmounted first before it can be perfected. It was not until the middle of the 20th century that it was ti welding sheet metal was finally put i not use in the industry, especially in the aerospace industry, which needed a process that would give a strong weld to non ferrous metals. These non ferrous metals reacts quickly with oxygen in the air, that is why an inert gas like argon is needed to shield it from reacting with the air surrounding the working area.

TIG welding requires a lot of skill and may take years to be mastered. While it allows greater control on the work being performed it also needs greater skill in handling the equipment. Welders who can perform it are always on demand but they to be certified first.
